The crowning glory of the Hotel Waldorf***** is without a doubt the Fine Restaurant La Settima. You can already feel it walking up the stairs that take you to the restaurant: you have the sensation of walking suspended on the water of the fountain on the floor below, accompanied by the relaxing murmurs of the waterfalls. You then enter a modern, elegant bright setting with design furnishings and well sought in every detail; it’s a kaleidoscope of materials that vary from wood to glass to ceramic to metal.
It has the honour of having been decorated by the poet and writer Tonino Guerra and the mosaic artist Marco Bravura who have teamed up to create the striking chimneys inlaid with mosaics which wrap around the two staircases with their sweet charm.
Chef presents his creative and very personal cuisine, with his attention always directed to territory and traditions. The restaurant avails itself of an impressive wine cellar with 500 national and international labels, in addition to water and coffee lists.
