As part of a course created for both mental and physical wellbeing, we can find the Roman-Oriental bath, the Tepidarium, the Finnish sauna, the Hawaiian shower the effusion shower, the Preissnitz-Kneipp vascular course, relaxation area with heated beds, the covered pool with against the tide swimming, whirlpool bath, Tropical tunnel with waterfalls and nebulised water sprays.
The terrace overlooking the sea, with a large solarium with 2 whirlpool baths allows the cooling and relaxing phase after the sauna.
The Ayurvedic Centre for health and wellbeing, is run by experienced technicians and therapists; here our Guests can take advantage of a personalised cycle of treatments, decided after an interview and initial energy assessment.
