“Peninsula” Breakfast

Defined by a design studied to follow the wavy lines of the sea, with furnishings that recall the colours of the water's transparencies.
In this beautiful atmosphere, we serve breakfast. Our buffet is generous in both the sweet and savoury choices. Many small spaces are dedicated to teas, Cervia's honey, breads, croissants, home made jams, fresh squashes and juices, the milk list.

Restaurant  "Cafè del Mar"

Welcoming terrace with a sea view and swimming pool, caressed by the sea breeze, it  offers fresh fish, exclusively grilled, and crudite'.

Restaurant "Aquamarine"

It welcomes the Guests in a sunny and relaxing atmosphere, with large glass sliding doors  which open onto the palm garden, creating a pleasant exotic feeling

For lunch, the “Aquamarine Grill Buffet” with open view kitchen animated by the chefs activities, offers fresh  meats and fish dishes, moorish hors d'oeuvres  and side dishes, concluding the meal with a desserts and fruit buffet, in an informal and pleasant atmosphere.
Dinner is served in an elegant atmosphere with candle lit service. Hors d'oeuvres buffet, menu à la carte, desserts and fruit buffet.
Particular attention is reserved to the cellar, with more than 400 national and international labels.
